Great food , service is ok, but the food decide everything ; one of my favorite restaurant for traditional Chinese food and desert

Love the Orange flavor beef, but the lemon chicken lack of taste

Always enjoyed. I tend to be a creature of habit and get the Kung Pao Chicken and just love it. The hot and sour soup is fantastic, even the tea they give as part of the meal is nice, hot and tasty.One of three places I go to for lunch when in Bellevue.

Great food, fast service.

Service for order out pick up was prompt. Location is convenient for central Bellevue. Cost is a little high for a pick up meal. The almond chicken was overcooked and crusty to cut with a knife. The sweet and sour pork dough balls were also overcooked and lacked flavor. Egg flower soup also lacked flavor, but was average. Service convenience and speed was 4 star, but the food was 2 star. Will try somewhere else next time.

Good food and excellent value. Juicy fried pork noodle soup and beef noodle soup were flavorful and generously portion.

good tasty dishes by Toy, and baked items. coffee flavored cookie with walnuts is my favorite.

We were in town for a one-day meeting and the receptionist at our hotel recommended this place for good Chinese food. Dinner was so good that we decided to come back for lunch the next day. I had the curry chicken for dinner and Mongolian beef for lunch. Both were exceptionally good. Wait time was about 20 minutes for lunch

Pretty good Chinese food in Bellevue. They treat you like family and make you want to come back.

Good Hong Kong dishes!!! Best service from a HK joint ever. HK places are notorious for efficient but horrible service. Not this place. Speedy and good service. Great food!!!

It is cheap, fast(if you go for lunch options) and tasty(if you can tolerate a large amount of oil in the dish). One of the best options around for a lunch.I'm not going to recommend pastries just because there are few places around which have better ones.

Casual environment, good in the area. Taste is not bad and with no MSG.

I just kinda walked in here without knowing where i was and decided to stay for food. Some of the best chinese food i've ever had. The lady serving us just kind of avoided talking to us. We was the only white people in the place and I guess they didnt like that :( food was amazing though like really good

Went in to buy mooncakes. Service slow. The red date mooncake we tried was so so. Haven't tried the others yet.

Amazingly great Chinese food. Price is hard to beat for what you get. Other places offer ambiance and higher prices. If you want a great meal for a good price, then Toy's is the place.

Used to go when a child. They're closing by end of Oct '19 but our food was excellent all the same.

A very wide variety menu as a decent downtown Bellevue alternative

A good Chinese restautant located in the quiter neighborhood of downtown Bellevue. Decent selection of Cantonese/Sichuan style food, some options are quite delicious, such as spicy seafood noodle & Sichuan style dumpling. Service is either a hit or miss, depending on which waiter/waitress serves you.

So good! Get tube beef noodle soup with beef and tendon! Do tender and flavorful soup without the sodium. Love love! And the spicy wontons, no soup. Ugh! So good!

Traditional HK style dishes and tastes. Enjoyed going there for a quick lunch.
